Found Hotel's location is a definite advantage, being just a couple of minutes from the BART and cable car and within walking distance of Union Square. Guests appreciate the convenience of the shared kitchen and laundry facilities, plus free coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Some guests have found the rooms quite small, however the hotel's proximity to Powell station and Market Street makes it a practical choice for exploring San Francisco.

the hotel provided complimentary coffee and water, a definite plus. i found the shared kitchen and laundry facilities very convenient for longer stays. the location was great with easy access to public transportation (bart is close by). the room had a useful kitchenette with a good coffee machine.

the ac wasn't working at its full potential, but it was sufficient.

the hotel has a machine offering coffee, cappuccino, and more, a feature i found excellent for starting the day. although i didn't order food at the hotel, having access to these convenient beverage options was certainly a positive aspect of my stay.

the hotel includes a laundry and a simple kitchen on the second floor. free coffee and a water dispenser. the presence of these facilities, especially since i could easily handle laundry and prepare simple meals .

The location was great, near public transport! the lounge had free coffee and a fridge. i appreciated the availability of full-size soap, shampoo, and conditioner. the bunk beds suited our group well. They were quite comfortable and sturdy.

i found the carpets near the lift, especially on level 4, had a strange, unpleasant smell. it was noticeable each time i passed through those areas, which detracted from the overall cleanliness.

helpful staff extra hour good stay

the staff at reception was very helpful. they couldnt help us enough and let us have an extra hour checkout free because we was going on a cruise. it was very good. i would stay again.

the size of our room was tiny. it had 2 huge sets of bunk beds in it. there wasnt a desk and there wasnt chairs. the sink was outside the bathroom and there wasnt anywhere to put your luggage.
